WOW Signal

The Anomalies use surplus ingredients from retired or special release blends. These are one-off specials, so when they are gone they are gone.

In 1977 a 72-second high-intensity radio signal from the direction of Sagittarius was detected. The astronomer reviewing the data wrote "WOW!" on the printout. This understandably excited SETI scientists, but a repeat was never heard. Hypotheses abound, but no clear answer has emerged.
